摘要
驱动桥壳是汽车上行驶系的主要组成部分,支承并保护主减速器、差速器和半轴等。同时还与前桥一起承受汽车的质量,使左右驱动车轮的轴向相对位置固定,在汽车行驶时,承受驱动轮传来的各向反力、弯矩和制动时的力矩,并通过悬架传给车架。本文通过精益生产ECRS理念,对一种驱动桥壳各工序进行统计分析,在未投资的情况下对其进行工艺技术改进,达到提升产能的目的。
The drive axle housing is the main component of the driving system on the car,which supports and protects the main reducer,differential and half shaft.At the same time,it also bears the mass of the car together with the front axle,so that the relative axial position of the left and right driving wheels is fixed,and when the car is driving,it bears the reaction force,bending moment and braking moment from the driving wheel,and passes to the frame through the suspension.In this paper,through lean production ECRS concept,the statistical analysis of each process of a drive axle housing,in the case of no investment to improve its process technology,to achieve the purpose of increasing production capacity.
