Structural Design of Truck Cab Carpet Based on Modular Development Method

本文通过地毯的设计特点,完成卡车地毯设计边界定义,通过矩阵函数分析,构建地毯模块化规划,从而构建地毯模块化结构设计,达到降低地毯零件数量、最大极限满足客户性能需求。通过对地毯模块化构建方式,可以推广到其他车身零件的模块化构建方式,为整车平台模块化构建,具有指导意义。

This paper completes truck carpet design boundary definition through analyzing design characteristics of carpet and builds carpet modular planning through analyzing matrix function of carpet,so as to build modular structure design to reduce number of carpet parts and to meet customer performance requirements.The way of modular construction of carpet can be extended to modular construction of other cab parts,and then to modular construction of full truck platform.Therefore,this paper has reference significance for truck modular construction.
