卢丽丽,君诚(厦门)汽车销售服务有限公司服务专员,从事商用车服务行业10年,服务东风商用车后市场8年,先后从事过接待、鉴定、回访等多项工作,上得服务大厅,下得修理车间。今年才30出头的卢丽丽,已经是两个孩子的母亲,但她坦言:工作才是她的重心。做汽车服务行业,没有锅碗瓢盆里的琐碎,却也同样需要一颗与时间对持的细心和耐心,才能走近客户,真正实现"让可靠更近一步"的服务理念。
Lu Lili, service executive of Juncheng(Xiamen) Auto Sales Service Co., Ltd., has 10 years’ experience in serving commercial vehicle industry and 8 years’ experience in serving Dongfeng Trucks aftersales segment.
