交通运输部:公布交通运输安全生产重大风险清单42项,其中15项涉及道路客货运输

The Ministry of Transportion Released a List of 42 Major Risks in Transportation Safety Production, of which 15 are Related to Road Passenger and Freight Transportation

2021年1月26日,交通运输部网站公开了交通运输部《关于深化防范化解安全生产重大风险工作的意见》(交安监发[2021]2号,2021年1月6日成文)。《意见》阐述了本《意见》出台的背景和意义,提出了一系列要求,同时公布了"交通运输安全生产重大风险清单"。"清单"列出了42项风险及相应的"主要致险情景"和"防控要点",涉及交通工程施工、水路及道路客货运输等领域。其中,计有15项涉及道路客货运输(见下面摘录)。

On January 26, 2021, The Ministry of Transportion issued 〈The Opinions on Deepening Prevention and Resolution of Major Risks in Production Safety〉. The opinions describes the background of the document, puts forward a series of requirements, and publishes the "list of major risks in transportation safety production". Among the 42 risks listed in the "list", 15 involve road passenger and freight transportation.
