近代日本大陆政策的形成与海洋扩张思想

Development of Continental Policy and the Thought of Maritime Expansion in Modern Japan

大陆政策是日本侵华战争重要国策之一,是日本近代侵略扩张政策的核心,是岛国日本向中国和朝鲜等大陆国家进行武力扩张,梦想称霸亚洲,进而征服全世界的侵略总方针。大陆政策虽言"大陆",实则与"海洋"紧密相连——海洋,是日本由"岛屿帝国"向"陆地帝国"过渡的最为重要和必不可少的关键性因素。纵观大陆政策形成的根源和过程,从日本幕末时期到20世纪初期的主要思想家、政治家的言论体现了近代日本思想界、政界的亚太战略,明显地打上了由海洋向大陆扩张的烙印,并深刻地影响了近代日本军国主义的形成和对外侵略政策的制定。

The continental policy was one of the important national policies of the Japanese Imperialism which was the aggression and expansion towards China.It involved an island country Japan\s military expansion to Korea Peninsular,China's Mainland,and other countries in Asia continent.It was the dream of Japanese Imperialism for dominating the whole Asia.Although the continental policy was said“continental”,it is closely linked with“ocean”—the ocean is the most important and essential key factor in Japan's transition from“Island Empire”to“Mainland Empire”.By investigating the origin and the formatting process of the continental policy,also the speeches of the major thinkers and politicians from the end of the Shogunate period to the early 20^(th) century,there had been already the idea of expansion from the sea to the continent.Such belief profoundly affected the formation of modern Japanese militarism and the formulation of aggression foreign policies.
