滚动直线导轨副额定静载荷算法修正及测定 被引量:5

摘要 根据广泛使用的滚动直线导轨副静刚度模型,经国内外试验研究表明,被测样件的静刚度真实值不超过该模型理论计算值的60%。这意味着滚动直线导轨副的额定静载荷真实值也会与理论值存在较大偏差。利用国际标准ISO 3408-4中的精度系数far,反推滚动直线导轨副的等效承载滚珠个数。并进而基于国际标准ISO 14728-2中额定静载荷的定义和计算公式,提出一种滚动直线导轨副额定静载荷修正算法。为了验证修正算法的正确性,利用一种滚动直线导轨副载荷-位移同步测量装置,通过步进加载下的载荷与位移曲线,对8根滚动直线导轨副的额定静载荷进行了测量。试验结果表明,被测样件的标称额定静载荷值与其实测值的相对误差超过110%,而修正算法的相对偏差则不超过14.14%。 According to the widely used static stiffness model for rolling linear guideway pair,the domestic and foreign experiment researches indicate that the true values of the static stiffness of test samples are not greater than 60%of the theoretical values calculated from the model,which means that the true values of the basic static load rating of the rolling linear guideway pair will deviate from the theoretical values.In this paper,the precision coefficient far in the international standard ISO 3408-4 is used to calculate the equivalent number of the load-carrying balls reversely.And then based on the definition and calculation formula of the basic static load rating in international standard ISO 14728-2,a modified algorithm for the basic static load rating of rolling linear guideway pair is proposed.In order to verify the correctness of the proposed modified algorithm,the load-displacement synchronous measurement device is used to measure the basic static load rating of eight rolling linear guideway pairs with the load-displacement curves under step loading condition.The experiment results show that the relative errors between the nominal values and actual measured values of basic static load rating of the the tested samples are exceed than 110%,while the relative errors for the modified algorithm are not larger than 14.14%.
