摘要
本文对扭矩扳子示值误差测量结果不确定度展开了评定分析。在温度(23±5)℃、相对湿度不超过90%的环境下,以JJG707-2014《扭矩扳子》检定规程中的测量方法为根据,在扭矩扳子检定装置测量范围0.035~3000Nm、准确度等级为0.3级的测量标准下,检定校准了准确度等级为1级的指针式扭矩扳子,在将扭矩扳子示值误差测量、结果不确定度影响量提出的同时,也将评定和计算测量结果不确定度的方法给出。
The paper analyzes the uncertainty of the measurement results of the indicator error of torque wrench.Under conditions of temperature(23±5)℃and relative humidity not exceeding 90%,an analog torque wrench with an accuracy rating of 1 level was calibrated based on the measurement method in the JJG 707-2014 Torque Twister verification protocol.The method of evaluating and calculating the uncertainty of the measurement results is also given.
