多台位配网电压互感器自动检定系统的研究

Development of Multithread Testing Device for Distribution Network Transformer

本文从配网电压互感器检定应用实际出发,针对当前单台电压互感器检定效率低、操作繁琐、安全隐患大等现实问题,研究分析了多台位配网电压互感器自动检定系统的设计原理和重难点问题,分析了二次回路带负荷切换的暂态过程,进而采用有效措施,抑制了互感器带电切换产生的高压电弧和谐波干扰。试验数据表明,所研发的多台位配网电压互感器自动检定系统的准确性、稳定性等技术性能指标均符合检定规程要求,该新检定系统能应用于多台电压互感器的检定工作。

From the actual application of distribution network voltage transformer verification,and also in view of the problems existed in single voltage transformer verification,such as low efficiency,complicated operation,big potential safety hazard,and etc.The paper studies and analyzes the design principle and key technology about the multiple device automatic verification system of distribution network voltage transformer,and has solved the problems like high-voltage electric arc and harmonic interference generated by switching transformer with power,analyzes transient process of the secondary loop while it is switched with load.By comparing and analyzing the accuracy and reliability of the verification datum of the new device,it is verified that the performance index of the device satisfies to the verification regulations and can be applied in practice.
