The automation software called Visual Field was developed by SUPCON.The software was employed to succeed in realizing the automatic control of p H value and temperature in the fermentation process of the workshop in the flavor and fragrance factory.The technology and the control difficulties of the fermentation was introduced,along with the functions of Visual Field,the instruments of the fermentation tank,and the application effect of duty ratio control scheme.It showd that the reasonable application of duty cycle control scheme in the fermentation process of strains to achieve.Then it achieved stable and controllable p H value and temperature in the fermentation process.
