重复性限计算公式的修正

Correction of Formula for Repeatability Limit

关于重复性和再现性的研究已有半个多世纪,其定义及计算方法在ISO-5725:1994[1]和(GB/T 6379[2])中均有详细的介绍。然而,在实际应用中却存在着很多问题[3]。经研究发现,问题的根源在于计算公式的错误。本文给出了修正后的重复性限计算公式,并用模拟数据进行了论证。

Repeatability and reproducibility have been studied for more than half a century,and their definitions and calculation methods have been described in ISO-5725:1994 and GB/T 6379.However,there are many problems in practical applications.It is found that the root of the problem lies in the error of the calculation formula.In this paper,the revised formula of repeatability limit is given,and the simulation data are used to prove it.
