边疆民族地区文化产业高质量发展路径创新研究——以新疆为例

New Approaches to High-quality Development of Cultural Industry in the Frontier Ethnic Region: A Case Study of Xinjiang

党的十九大以来,随着我国经济转入高质量发展,文化产业的发展也由数量型增长向质量型增长转变。边疆民族地区由于特殊的地理位置和独特的民族文化资源,在推动文化产业的高质量发展时必须充分关照其独特性,这对于保护民族文化、加强民族团结和维护文化安全等意义巨大。同时,边疆民族地区文化产业发展存在规模较小、文化生态脆弱以及文化安全风险较高等问题,在坚持差异化原则实现文化产业发展目标的进程中,应该科学、充分地挖掘民族文化资源蕴涵的深层价值,在开发利用中注重保护文化生态环境,充分考虑并注重培育其所具有的文化安全的现实功能,使边疆民族地区文化产业在实现高质量发展目标中闯出一条健康、可持续发展的道路。新疆地处祖国西部边疆,民族文化资源丰富且特色鲜明,在这一地区发展文化产业要坚持特色发展理念,实施特色文化产业和产品品牌工程,拓展对外文化贸易,延长产业链,坚定地走高质量特色发展之路。

As China’s economy has shifted to high-quality development since the 19 th CPC National Congress,the development of cultural industry has also shifted from quantitative to qualitative growth.Due to the special geographical location and unique ethnic cultural resources in the frontier region,the cultural uniqueness must be fully taken into account when promoting the high-quality development of cultural industry,which is of great significance to the protection of ethnic cultures,the strengthening of ethnic unity and the maintenance of cultural security.At the same time,there are some problems in the development of cultural industry in the frontier region,such as the small-scale production,fragile cultural ecology and cultural security risks.In adhering to the principle of differentiation to achieve the development goal of cultural industry,we should fully and scientifically excavate the ethnic cultural resources with rich value,protect the cultural ecology in the development,and fully understand the practical significance of the cultural security in the process of achieving a high-quality,healthy and sustainable development of cultural industry.Xinjiang,located in the western frontier region of China,is rich in ethnic cultural resources and has distinctive ethnic characteristics,whose development of cultural industry must adhere to the distinctive development,implement efficient strategies for culture-specific projects and product brands,expand cross-cultural trade and industrial chains,and firmly follow the path of high-quality and distinctive development.
