子女代际经济支持对农村老年人参与新农保的影响——基于CHARLS数据的实证分析

Impact of Children’s Intergenerational Economic Support to the Elderly on the Participation in the New Rural Social Old-age Insurance

老龄化背景下,子女经济支持与新农保在农村养老中都发挥了重要作用,本文旨在分析子女对父母的经济支持对老年父母参与新农保的影响。主要采用中国健康与养老追踪调查数据库(CHARLS),利用spss的交叉列联表相关检验功能检验了子女对父母的经济支持与农村老年父母参与新农保的相关关系。发现有无子女的经济支持以及经济支持的水平与父母是否参与新农保是显著相关的。子女的代际经济支持与参与新农保之间并不是非此即彼的替代关系,农村子女对父母的代际经济支持都会不同程度地"挤出"或"挤入"父母参与新农保。在鼓励参与新农保、提高待遇水平的同时更应注重家庭子女赡养的"反馈模式",促进二者相互融合。

Against the background of the aging population,children’s economic support and the New Rural Social Old-age Insurance(NRSOAI)have played an important role in rural old-age care.This paper aims to analyze the influence of children’s economic support for parents on their participation in NRSOAI by using the cross-list correlation test function of SPSS22.0 with the help of China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Survey(CHARLS).It concludes that there is a significant correlation between children’s financial support and parents’participation in NRSOAI,whose relationship is not a kind of mutual substitution.The intergenerational economic support of children to their parents will"crowd out"or"squeeze in"their parents’participation in NRSOAI.At the same time,we should pay more attention to the"feedback mode"of the family-based children’s support and to promote the mutual integration.
