Production Safety Analysis of 60 × 10t/a Gasoline Hydrogenation Unit in Summer

石化能源作为我国的基础性产业,为经济发展与社会进步做出了重大贡献,但是石油化工装置生产属于高危作业过程。对中国石油长庆石化公司60万t/a汽油加氢装置在夏季高温高热、暴雨雷电等异常气候下的生产运行情况进行了分析,并提出了相应的应对措施,以保障装置在夏季能够安全、平稳、高效运行。

As a basic industry in China,petrochemical energy has contributed to economic development and social progress.But the production of petrochemical plant is a high-risk operation process.This paper aims at the production and operation of the 60×104 t/a gasoline hydrogenation unit of Petrochina Changqing Petrochemical Company under the abnormal climate of high temperature and high heat in summer,thunderstorm and lightning,putting forward corresponding to ensure the safe,stable and efficient operation of the unit in summer.
