加氢进料泵管道设计探讨

摘要 加氢进料泵作为加氢装置中最重要的动设备之一,其管道设计对泵的长周期运转以及装置的生产运行起着重要作用。加氢进料泵出入口管道的管径大、压力等级高,且泵出入口管嘴受力要求严格,是装置中配管设计的难点。结合某石化210万t/a蜡油加氢裂化装置中加氢进料泵的管道布置及支架设置,对加氢进料泵的管道设计进行了探讨和分析。 The piping design of hydrogenation feed pump,which is the most important mechanical equipment in hydrogenation unit,is very significant for the pump’s long-period operation and the unit’s normal production.Usually,the diameter of the pipe which is connected with the hydrogenation feed pump is large,while the operating pressure is high.And also the pump nozzles are very sensitive to the stress from process pipes.The piping design of hydrogenation feed pump is the difficulty of piping design in hydrogenation unit.In this paper,the piping design of the hydrogenation feed pump was discussed and analyzed combined with the piping design of hydrogenation feed pump in the hydrocrack unit.
