摘要
在天然气脱硫净化过程中,存在溶液氧化再生不足、溶液起泡等问题。通过分析脱硫溶液严重起泡的原因,采取试验等方法分析溶液起泡预测监控和调控措施来提高溶液再生率。这些措施可以使生产工艺参数保持在最优范围与减缓溶液起泡,延长设备生产时率。
In the process of natural gas desulfurization and purification,there are problems such as insufficient oxidation and regeneration of the solution and foaming of the solution.By the analysis of the causes of serious foaming of desulfurization solution,the prediction,monitoring and control measures of solution foaming were analyzed by experiments to improve the regeneration rate of solution.These measures can keep the optimal range of production process parameters,slow down solution foaming,and prolong the production time.
