摘要 渤海A新油田正式投入试生产后,两个问题随之而来,高达9万多m^(3)富余天然气放空,火炬冒黑烟问题凸显。面临挑战,油田以节约能源,保护环境为问题导向,耗时3年多时间完成治气工作的三步走:反、消、收,即优化反输富余气、消除火炬黑烟、深挖尽收低压气,实现放空气量降低至0.3万m^(3)的成果。此项综合措施对后续新油田天然气综合回收利用提供很好借鉴意义。 After Bohai A’s new oilfield was officially put into trial production,two problems have arisen.As much as more than 90000 m^(3)of surplus natural gas was vented,the problem of black smoke from the torch became prominent.Faced with challenges,the oilfield takes energy conservation and environmental protection as the problem-oriented,and it took more than 3 years to complete the three-step process of gas treatment;reverse and eliminate.Receiving is the result of optimizing the reverse transmission of surplus air,eliminating flames and smoke,deep digging and reclaiming low pressure air,and achieving the result of reducing the air release volume to 33000 m^(3).This comprehensive measure can provide a good reference for the subsequent comprehensive recovery and utilization of natural gas in new oilfields.
