安全隐患数据分析与隐患闭环管理模式研究

Research on Data Analysis and Closed Loop Management Mode of Potential Safety Hazard

针对我国石油和化工企业危险源多面广,隐患成因错综复杂,利用事故致因理论与闭环控制理论相结合,从人的不安全行为隐患、物的不安全状态隐患及管理缺陷隐患三个要素,提出隐患闭环管理模式以探索企业安全生产管理的新思路,采用文件审核与现场审查方式,对江苏某科技公司的电气设备、工艺、安全管理、违章操作与培训教育等方面开展隐患排查。结果表明,隐患闭环管理服务模式可有效识别企业潜在隐患,降低企业事故的发生。

There are many hazards in China’s petroleum and chemical enterprises,and the causes of hidden dangers are complex.The combination of accident cause theory and closed-loop control theory is used to analyze the three factors of human unsafe behavior hidden danger,material unsafe state hidden danger and management defect hidden dangerThe closed-loop management mode of hidden danger is put forward to explore new ideas of enterprise safety production management,By means of document review and on-site review,the hidden dangers of electrical equipment,process,safety management,illegal operation and training education of a science and technology company in Jiangsu Province were investigated.The results show that the hidden dangers closed-loop management service mode can effectively identify the potential hidden dangers of enterprises and reduce the occurrence of accidents.
