摘要
为提高化探样品中痕量金低端含量(<1 ng/g)测定的准确度和重现性,避免成图因含量区间范围窄、低端含量测定结果容易偏低而造成色阶跨度过大。利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法,通过改变曲线建立方式、空白处理、干扰校正、混合内标和降低试剂浓度等条件,实现了方法检出限为0.16 ng/g,精密度RSD为4.89%~11.01%,准确度RE为1.54%~17.39%,满足《多目标区域地球化学调查规范(1∶250000)》(DZ/T0258—2014)的要求。
To improve the accuracy and reproducibility of ultra-trace gold(<1 ng/g)determination in the geological samples,making the geological element maps smoother and more excellent.By optimizing the curve establish method,monitor process blank,interference correction,using mixed internal standards and reducing thiourea concentration,the method detection limit is 0.16 ng/g and the precision RSD is 4.89%~11.01%,accuracy RE is 1.54%~17.39%,satisfied the requirements of the Multi-Purpose Regional Geochemical Survey Specification(1∶250000)(DZ/T 0258-2014).
