有机肥料粪大肠菌群指标检测时效性初探

Preliminary Study on the Timeliness of Detection of Fecal Coliform in Organic Fertilizer

实验室在日常肥料样品检测中,生产企业有时会提出复检粪大肠菌群指标。通过对10份肥料样品的探究性实验,研究样品保存时间和保存条件对肥料中粪大肠菌群指标检测结果的影响。结果显示,保存时间和保存条件均对肥料粪大肠菌群检测结果有影响。肥料粪大肠指标检测具有时效性,期望通过能给相关检测机构提供参考,在实际检测过程中对样品的时效性加以关注。

In view of the fact that in the daily fertilizer sample detection in the laboratory,the production enterprises sometimes propose to recheck the fecal coliform bacteria index,this paper studies the influence of sample storage time and conditions on the fecal coliform group index detection results through exploratory experiments on 10 fertilizer samples.The results showed that the storage time and conditions had an impact on the detection results of fecal coliform bacteria in fertilizer.The detection of fecal coliform bacteria in fertilizer has timeliness.It is expected that this study can provide reference for relevant testing institutions,and pay attention to the timeliness of samples in the actual detection process.
