两种不同保存剂对水质中挥发酚测定结果的影响 被引量:1

摘要 酚类属高毒性物质,水质中的挥发酚是环境监测中的一种常规监测项目。为确保挥发酚测定结果的准确度和精密度,分别采用氢氧化钠、抗坏血酸组成的保存剂与磷酸、硫酸铜组成的保存剂来保存水样,用流动注射-4-氨基安替比林分光光度法测定水样中挥发酚的浓度,并对比添加不同保存剂后水质中挥发酚浓度是否有差异。结果表明,两种保存剂均能有效固定水质中的挥发酚,且对挥发酚的测定结果具有一致性。 Phenols are highly toxic substances.Volatile phenols in water quality are a routine monitoring item in environmental monitoring.In order to effectively ensure the accuracy and precision of the determination results of volatile phenols,the article uses a preservative composed of sodium hydroxide and ascorbic acid and a preservative composed of phosphoric acid and copper sulfate to save the water samples,and use flow injection-4-The aminoantipyrine spectrophotometric method was used to determine the concentration of volatile phenol in water samples,and to compare whether there was a difference in the concentration of volatile phenol in the water after adding different preservatives.The test results show that the two preservatives can effectively fix the volatile phenol in the water,and the determination results of the volatile phenol are consistent.
