树脂型包膜尿素试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用MDI、PAPI和大豆多元醇为原料,制备包膜尿素肥料。探索并确定了该工艺路线的可行性,研究了树脂型包膜材料,并使用包膜剂对尿素进行了包膜,开展了包膜尿素释放率试验。结果表明,包膜尿素在前15 d尿素没有释放,到30 d的时候,尿素释放率为70%。该包膜材料具有明显的缓释作用,且包膜材料对尿素的物理性能和机械性能有一定的改善,提高了氮的利用率。此工艺能得到具有一定缓释性能的缓释尿素。 Using MDI,PAPI and soybean polyol as raw materials,fertilizer coated urea was prepared.The feasibility of the process route was explored and determined.The resin type coating material was used to coat urea,and the release rate of coated urea was tested.The results showed that the coated urea did not release in the first 15 days,and the release rate of urea was 70%in 30 days.The coating material had a certain slow-release effect,and the physical properties of the coating material to urea were good The energy and mechanical properties were improved to a certain extent,and the utilization rate of nitrogen was increased.This process can obtain slow-release urea with certain slow-release performance.
