摘要
水力振荡器在减少钻柱与井壁摩擦、缓解定向托压、水平段延伸等方面具有重要的应用价值,并以高可靠性、适用性强等特点逐渐成为常规定向井、水平井钻井中的必备工具。在水力振荡器研制的过程中,室内试验过程必不可少。根据水力振荡器结构特点,设计了测试方案,并通过螺杆测试平台及数据采集系统,模拟水力振荡器井下工作状态,收集了压力、流量等试验数据,通过数据分析,对水力振荡器的功能性和技术参数进行了验证,为水力振荡器的优化改进及现场推广应用提供了有力数据支撑。
The hydraulic oscillator has important application value in reducing the friction between the drill string and the borehole wall,alleviating the directional back pressure,and the extension of the horizontal section.It has gradually become a conventional directional well with high reliability and strong applicability.An indispensable tool in flat well drilling.During the development of the hydraulic oscillator,the indoor test process is indispensable.According to the structural characteristics of the hydraulic oscillator,a test plan is designed in this paper.Through the screw test platform and the data acquisition system,the downhole working state of the hydraulic oscillator is simulated and collected.Test data such as pressure and flow rate have been verified through data analysis to verify the functionality and technical parameters of the hydraulic oscillator,which provides strong data support for the optimization and improvement of the hydraulic oscillator and its field promotion and application.
