壳聚糖是甲壳素脱乙酰化后重要产物,它无毒、无味、无刺激,有较好的生物安全性,生物相容性,生物可降解性、pH响应性,具有抑菌,抗癌,降脂,止血,增强免疫,促进伤口愈合、促进上皮细胞生长等生理功能。另外,改性后的壳聚糖衍生物不断被开发,在医药领域具有很好的应用前景,故对其目前在医药领域的应用研究进行了总结,为后续的研究做好铺垫。

Chitosan is an important product of chitin deetlaty,it is non-toxic,tasteless,non-stimulated,having better biological safety,biocompatibility,biodegradability,p H responsive,and antibacterial,Anti-cancer,lipid-lowering,hemostatic,enhanced immunity,promote wound healing,promoting physiological functions such as epithelial cell growth.In addition,the modified chitosan derivatives are constantly developed,which has a good application prospect in the pharmaceutical field,so it is summarized in the application research in the pharmaceutical field,and is a good pavement for subsequent research.
