摘要
在化肥厂的正常运行过程中,由于其原材料都是化学制品,具有一定的危险性。为了提升生产过程中的安全性,以某化肥厂为例,根据《危险化学品重大危险源辨识》里的内容,对其危化品重大危险源辨识过程进行了探讨。在此过程中,运用风险定量评价的方法,以R值为相关参数,对其化肥厂的风险进行了评估。实验数据显示,R值与其具体情况的关联度较高。
During the normal operation of a chemical fertilizer plant,since its raw materials are all chemical products,there is a certain degree of danger.In order to improve the safety in the production process,taking a fertilizer plant as an example,according to the content in"Identification of Major Hazard Sources of Hazardous Chemicals",the process of identifying major hazard sources of hazardous chemicals was discussed.In this process,the method of quantitative risk assessment was used to evaluate the risk of its fertilizer plant with the R value as the relevant parameter.Experimental data shows that the R value is highly correlated with its specific situation.
