项目驱动结合对分课堂教学模式在高职定量分析实验中的应用——以食醋总酸度的测定为例 被引量:4

摘要 针对定量分析实验以教师讲解实验内容,学生简单重复实验步骤和以教师为中心的传统教学现状,尝试将定量分析实验设计为食品药品检测项目,同时结合对分课堂进行定量分析实验教学,改变传统教学方式,变为以学生为中心,通过教师精炼讲解、学生独立设计实验项目、小组讨论完善实验项目、实验操作等具体步骤的实施来提升定量分析实验的教学质量,从而培养学生的专业技能和分析解决问题的能力。旨在以职业能力的培养为主线构建课程教学内容,以工作内容为导向创新教学模式,让实验课程"内容实起来""师生动起来""课堂活起来"。 For quantitative analysis chemistry experiment course,the current situation of traditional teaching is centered on teacher’s explanation,and then students simply repeating experimental steps.The purpose of this paper revises the traditional teacher-centered teaching to student-centered teaching,which attempts to design experiments into projects of food and drug testing combining PAD(Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion)class in experimental teaching.In this new ways of teaching and learning,the teaching quality of course is improved through the implementation of specific measures such as teacher’s refining explanation,student’s design experimental projects independently,optimize experimental projects design and operation by group discussion,so as to cultivate student’s specialized skills and ability to analyze an solve problems.It aims to construct the course teaching content based on the cultivation of good occupation ability and innovate teaching mode with the work content as guidance,which make experimental course"informative teaching content","interactive teacher and students","vivid and interesting class.
