井口含砂监测近场超声阵列仿真分析

摘要 利用Comsol软件建立了井口管道处出砂监测系统模型并进行了仿真。根据阵列阵元接收信号之间的时延特性,推导了近场条件下的Capon算法及方向扫描矩阵,并利用数值仿真数据对算法及扫描矩阵的有效性进行了分析。结果表明,采用Capon算法,基于近场方向扫描矩阵,通过功率谱扫描的方式可以对砂砾撞击位置进行有效的估计,实现波达方向信号的最佳接收。 Combining with the size of the wellhead pipe on site,the sand production monitoring system model at the wellhead pipe was established and simulated using Comsol software.According to the time delay characteristics between the signals received by the array elements,the Capon algorithm and direction scanning matrix under near-field conditions were derived.Finally,the effectiveness of the algorithm and scanning matrix are analyzed using numerical simulation data.Numerical calculation results show that the Capon algorithm,based on the near-field direction scanning matrix,can effectively estimate the impact position of the gravel by means of power spectrum scanning,and achieve the best reception of the direction of arrival signal.
