斜板撇油器清水室收油装置设计与制作

Design and Manufacture of Oil-receiving Device in Clean Water Chamber of Inclined Plate Oil Skimmer

斜板撇油器是海上油气平台污水处理系统的第一级处理设备,具有除油效率高,运行稳定等特点。多个品牌的斜板撇油器均未设计清水室收油装置,长期使用后影响注水水质。设计和制作的清水室收油装置应用于斜板撇油器清水室,设计简单、成本较低、安装时无需大型罐内改造,不影响设备压力监控。经现场应用验证,能够将斜板水相出口含油量下降,提高出口水质,降低后续污水处理系统设备的负担和操作人员的收油劳动强度。

The corrugated plate interceptor is the first stage treatment equipment of the offshore oil and gas platform production water treatment system.It has the characteristics of high oil removal efficiency and stable operation.However,at present,many brands of i corrugated plate interceptors have not designed the oil receiving device in clean water chamber,which will affect the water quality.The oil receiving device is applied to the clean water chamber of corrugated plate interceptor.It is simple in design,low in cost,and does not need to be reconstructed in large tank during installation,and does not affect the pressure monitoring of the equipment.The results show that the oil content of the corrugated plate interceptor can be improved with the oil receiving device.
