摘要 面对气井储量、生产能力的递减,结合信息化手段将现场生产工艺调整为自动开关井的无人值守站,以降低场站的生产运行成本,提高生产效率。在降低间歇气井生产及管理成本的同时,为进一步管控现场生产的风险,以应用自动开关井技术的无人值守站为例,开展危险源及可操作性(HAZOP)分析,对无人值守站后续管理制度、现场设备等的完善具有一定指导意义。 Facing the decline of gas well reserves and production capacity,combined with information technology,the on-site production process is adjusted to an unmanned station with automatic switch gas well technology,so as to reduce the production and operation cost of the station and improve the production efficiency.While reducing the production and management costs of intermittent gas wells,in order to further control the risks of on-site production,take the unmanned stations with automatic switch gas well technology as an example,carry out the hazard and operability(HAZOP)analysis,analyzing the unmanned station.The follow-up management system and the improvement of on-site equipment have certain guiding significance.
