一种天然气智慧站场泄漏检测方法

摘要 巡检机器人具备气体状态检测功能,是推行天然气智慧站场泄漏巡检的重要手段。针对巡检机器人按照路径机械性的巡检,未考虑设备扫描的角度、频次问题,设计了一种天然气智慧站场泄漏检测方法,通过设备泄漏风险评价计算风险值,划分风险等级,确定机器人巡检频次;通过凸优化智能算法,计算不同类别设备的扫描角度。 The inspection robot has the function of gas state detection,which is an important means to promote the leakage inspection of natural gas smart stations.Aiming at the mechanical inspection of the inspection robot according to the path,without considering the angle and frequency of equipment scanning,a leakage detection method of natural gas smart station is designed.The risk value is calculated through the equipment leakage risk evaluation,the risk level is divided,and the robot patrol is determined.Frequency of inspection:Calculate the scanning angle of different types of equipment through the convex optimization intelligent algorithm.
