基于Plackett-Burman设计的铅污染土壤淋洗剂的筛选

摘要 针对滇南老矿区土壤铅污染现状,采用复合淋洗剂对矿区污染土壤中铅的去除效果进行淋洗研究,并结合Plackett-Burman优化设计对影响土壤铅的复合淋洗剂进行筛选和优化。结果表明:利用Plackett-Burman设计,选取EDTA、柠檬酸、酒石酸、苹果酸和磷酸5种有机酸淋洗剂进行筛选,EDTA、柠檬酸、苹果酸为铅污染土壤的最佳淋洗剂因素,当EDTA、柠檬酸、苹果酸淋洗剂浓度分别为0.14 mol/L、0.66 mol/L、0.22 mol/L,体系固液比值为1∶20,淋洗时间为6 h,铅的去除效果最佳,为76.33%,此结果的铅去除率比单因素实验研究结果提高22.61%。可见,通过Plackett-Burman优化设计,可显著提高铅的去除率,降低淋洗成本。 Aiming at the current status of soil lead pollution in the old mining area in southern Yunnan,a composite leaching agent was used to study the removal effect of lead in the contaminated soil in the mining area,and combined with the optimization design of Plackett-Burman,the composite leaching agent affecting soil lead was screened and analyzed.optimization.The results show that using the Plackett-Burman design,five organic acid eluents,EDTA,citric acid,tartaric acid,malic acid and phosphoric acid,are selected for selection.EDTA,citric acid and malic acid are the best eluent factors for lead-contaminated soil.When the eluent concentrations of EDTA,citric acid,and malic acid are 0.14 mol/L,0.66 mol/L,and 0.22 mol/L,the solid-liquid ratio of the system is 1∶20,the leaching time is 6 h,and the lead is removed The best effect is 76.33%.The result of this result is that the lead removal rate is 22.61%higher than that of the single factor experimental study.It can be seen that through the optimized design of Plackett-Burman,the removal rate of lead can be significantly improved and the cost of leaching can be reduced.
