高效液相色谱法测定苄基胂酸产品中氯化苄

Determination of Residual Benzyl Chloride in Benzylarsonic Acid Products by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

采用高效液相色谱法测定苄基胂酸产品中氯化苄。试验表明氯化苄质量浓度在5~100μg/mL之间呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R=0.9997,检出限为0.97μg/g;样品加标回收率在96.6%~108.6%之间,SRD在0.41%~1.83%之间。方法简单快速,可满足苄基胂酸中氯化苄含量测定要求。

The benzyl chloride in the benzylarsonic acid product was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The experiment showed that the mass concentration of benzyl chloride showed a good linear relationship between 5~100μg/mL,and the correlation coefficient was R=0.997,which was detected.The limit is 0.97μg/g;the sample recovery rate is between 96.6%and 108.6%,and the SRD is between 0.41%and 1.83%.The method is simple and fast,and can meet the requirements of chlorine Benzyl benzyl content determination requirements.
