露水草中β-脱皮激素的提取及测定

摘要 (目的)比较恒温水提取、超声、和微波的提取效果。(方法)露水草根部为原料,蒸馏水作提取剂,采用水浴提取、超声提取和微波提取,结合HPLC标准曲线法测定露水草根部提取物中β-脱皮激素的含量。(结果)恒温水提测得露水草中β-脱皮激素的质量分数为3.73%,超声水提测得露水草中β-脱皮激素的质量分数为3.17%,微波水提测得露水草中β-脱皮激素含量为6.02%。(结论)结果显示微波水提优于恒温水提和超声水提。微波水提效果好,工艺简单,节能,生产效率高,可供工业生产参考。 (Objective)To compare the extraction effects of constant temperature water extraction,ultrasonic water extraction and microwave water extraction.(Method)The roots of dew grass were used as raw materials,and distilled water was used as the extractant.The content ofβ-ecdysone in the root extracts of dew grass was determined by water bath extraction,ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction,combined with the HPLC standard curve method.(Result)The mass fraction ofβ-ecdysone in the dew plant was 3.73%measured by constant temperature water extraction,and the mass fraction ofβ-ecdysone in the dew plant was 3.17%measured by ultrasonic water extraction.The content ofβ-ecdysone in dew grass is 6.02%.(Conclusion)The results show that microwave water extraction is better than constant temperature water extraction and ultrasonic water extraction.Microwave water extraction has good effect,simple process,energy saving,and high production efficiency,which can be used as a reference for industrial production.
