摘要
就胶黏剂与石蜡乳液添加量工艺对木质素改性胶刨花板进行了实验研究。通过设计正交试验,获取并分析所制刨花板物理力学性能,探讨了胶黏剂与石蜡乳液施加比例对刨花板物理力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着施胶量的增大,刨花板性能提高;石蜡乳液添加的比例增大可以改善刨花板的防水性能。试验范围内,最佳制备工艺为:石蜡乳液施加量0.5%、施胶量15%。
The lignin-modified glue particleboard has been experimentally researched with respect to the additive amount of adhesive and paraffin emulsion.By designing orthogonal experiments,the physical and mechanical properties of the particleboard were obtained and analyzed,and the influence of the ratio of adhesive and paraffin emulsion on the physical and mechanical properties of the particleboard was discussed.The results show that:with the increase of the sizing amount,the performance of the particleboard is improved;the increase of the proportion of paraffin emulsion can improve the waterproof performance of the particleboard.Within the scope of the experiment,the best preparation process is:the amount of paraffin emulsion applied is 0.5%,and the amount of sizing is 15%.
