摘要
近年来,将超分子化学应用在药物载体及体内递送领域的研究工作一直使科研工作者保持着浓厚的兴趣。其中,利用超分子间物理或化学方式的不同构建的超分子网状结构不仅在药物包载上提供了适应多种类型药物的可能性,同时网络结构为药物的控释提供了结构上的可操控性。分别介绍了水凝胶和生物肽的网状结构在作为载药体系的创新性,并依托材料的一些特性简要介绍了其在药物递送中的运用。
In recent years,the application of supramolecular chemistry in the field of drug carriers and in vivo delivery has kept researchers interested.Among them,the supramolecular network structure constructed by the different physical or chemical methods between supramolecules not only provides the possibility of adapting to various types of drugs on the drug package,but also provides structural possibilities for the controlled release of drugs.Manipulability.This review will separately introduce the innovativeness of hydrogel and biopeptide network structure as a drug delivery system,and briefly introduce their application in drug delivery based on some characteristics of the material.
