摘要
针对华庆油田水质特点,结合除垢周期表本文分析了硫酸盐离子、碳酸盐离子以及站点工况等对华庆油田集输管线结垢的影响机理。研究结果显示钙离子、钡离子、锶离子含量对各站点结垢程度影响较小,而硫酸根离子是影响站点结垢程度的主要因素。各个站点平均除垢周期受日处理液量影响较小,现场操作时应尽量避免使站点含水量达到50%。
According to the water quality characteristics of Huaqing Oilfield,combined with the descaling periodic table,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of sulfate ions,carbonate ions and station working conditions on the scaling of Huaqing oilfield gathering pipelines.The research results show that the content of calcium ion,barium ion and strontium ion have little effect on the scale of each site,and sulfate ion is the main factor affecting the degree of scale of the site.The average descaling cycle of each site is less affected by the daily treatment liquid volume,and it should be avoided to make the site water content reach 50%during on-site operation.
