重结晶法分离纯化博落回血根碱盐酸盐与白屈菜红碱盐酸盐

摘要 采用分离纯化过程中的常用的重结晶方法,利用血根碱和白屈菜红碱在不同PH值下溶解性能差异,较好的分离了博落回血根碱盐酸盐和白屈菜红碱盐酸盐。利用超高效液相色谱对分离产物进行定性和定量分析。定性分析采用标准品对照法,定量分析采用峰面积归一化法。结果表明:经过多次重结晶过程后,能分离得到较纯的博落回血根碱盐酸盐和白屈菜红碱盐酸盐。能够一次从1000 g干燥博落回果荚中,分离得到血根碱盐酸盐5.5 g(纯度>94%),白屈菜红碱盐酸盐2.1 g(纯度>96%)。此方法操作简便,成本低廉,分离产物纯度较高,为博落回生物碱进一步开发利用打下坚实的基础。 Using common recrystallization methods in the separation and purification process,using the difference in solubility of sanguinarine and chelerythrine at different pH values,a better separation of Boluohuisanguinarine hydrochloride and chelerythrine Hydrochloride.The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the separated products is carried out using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography.The qualitative analysis adopts the standard reference method,and the quantitative analysis adopts the peak area normalization method.The results showed that:after several recrystallization processes,pure boluohui sanguinarine hydrochloride and chelerythrine hydrochloride can be separated.It can be recovered from 1000 g dry pods at a time,and can be separated into sanguinarine hydrochloride 5.5 g(purity>94%)and chelerythrine hydrochloride 2.1 g(purity>96%).This method is simple to operate,low in cost,and high in purity of the separated product,which lays a solid foundation for the further development and utilization of the alkaloids.
