Optimization of Ethylene Feedstock in Sichuan Petrochemical Company

四川石化乙烯装置自2020年7月开始,双烯收率显著提高,至2020年10月,乙烯收率由31.52%提高至32.87%,丙烯收率由16.79%提高至18.01%。从石脑油、液化气、加氢尾油原料等方面,讨论了乙烯收率增高的原因,旨在为相关行业提供一定现实意义的指导。

Sichuan Petrochemical’s ethylene plant started in July 2020,and the diene yield has increased significantly.By October 2020,the ethylene yield has increased from 31.52%to 32.87%,and the propylene yield has increased from 16.79%to 18.01%.From the aspects of naphtha,liquefied petroleum gas,hydrogenation tail oil raw materials,etc.,the main reasons for the increase in ethylene yield are discussed in detail,aiming to provide certain practical guidance for related industries.
