摘要
Ⅰ型胶原交联氨基端肽合成多肽偶联载体蛋白后免疫制备兔多克隆抗体,将制备的多克隆抗体与多肽偶联载体蛋白用于竞争荧光免疫层析法检测NTX.本研究所建立的NTX荧光层析快速检测方法,检测限为4.3 ng/mL,具有良好的重复性和准确性,可用于检测尿液样本中的NTX.
Synthesized N-telopeptides of type I collagen peptide coupled with OVA was used as immunogenforpreparation of rabbit polyclonal antibody.The prepared polyclonal antibodyconjugated with quantum dots and thesynthesized polypeptide coupled with BSA were used to detect NTX through competitive fluorescence immunoassay.The established rapid detection method of NTX fluorescence immunoassay has a detection limit of 4.3 ng/mL.It has good reproducibility and accuracy and can be used to detect NTX in urine samples.
