高校“专创融合”教育教学体系的构建与探索——以财务管理专业为例

Building and exploring “ Integration of Specialty and Innovation ” education and teaching System in colleges and universities——taking the major of financial management as an example

当前,我国实施创新驱动发展战略以促进经济提质增效,创新创业成为推动社会经济发展的新引擎,而高校实施专业教育改革、推进创新创业教育已成必然趋势.一直以培养高级专门人才为首要目标和任务的高校,如何将创新创业这一全新的教育理念融入各学科的专业教育中,成为当前需要深入探索和实践的重要问题.本文对创新创业教育和专业教育的教育理念及目标的异同点进行深入分析,指明"专创融合"教育的必要性.继而分析当前高校"专创融合"教育的现状和普遍存在的问题,并以财务管理专业为例,提出高校"专创融合"教育教学体系的建设框架,包括推进双创教育与专业教育教学体系和教学内容融合、构建"四层次分阶递进"课程教学体系,以及构建"四个结合"的人才教育培养模式等.

At present,China implements an innovation-driven development strategy to promote high-quality economic performance.Innovation and entrepreneurship have become the new engine to promote social and economic development.However,it has become an inevitable trend for colleges and universities to implement specialty education reform and promote innovation and entrepreneurship education.How to integrate the brand-new educational concept of innovation and entrepreneurship into the specialty education of various disciplines has become an important issue that needs in-depth exploration and practice.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the similarities and differences between the educational concepts and objectives of innovation and entrepreneurship education and specialty education,as well as points out the necessity of"integration of specialty and innovation".Then,it analyzes the current situation and common problems that such education encounters in colleges and universities.Taking the financial management major as an example,this paper puts forward the construction framework of the education and teaching system of"integration of specialty and innovation"in colleges and universities.The framework includes promoting the integration of the curriculum and teaching system,teaching contents of innovation and entrepreneurship and specialty education,constructing the curriculum and teaching system in"four levels and step by step",and building the talent education and training mode of"four combinations".
