创业自我效能感对大学生创业意向的影响研究

A study on the influence of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on university students’ entrepreneurial intention

文章从创业自我效能感的视角,研究其对大学生创业意向的影响.文中将自我效能感作为自变量,将创业意向作为因变量,并将自我效能感划分为机会识别、创新变革、风险容忍、关系协调等4个维度,把创业意向设为目标意向和执行意向2个维度,以Y高校在校大学生为调查对象,通过实证分析探讨大学生的创业自我效能对创业意向的作用机制.研究结果显示:大学生创业自我效能感对创业意向有着显著的正向影响,其中机会识别效能感、风险容忍效能感和关系协调效能感对创业意向有显著的正向影响,创新变革效能感对创业意向有影响,但不显著.

This paper studies the influence of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on university students′entrepreneurial intention.In the paper,self-efficacy is considered to be the independent variable,entrepreneurial intention is regarded as the dependent variable,and self-efficacy is divided into four dimensions,such as opportunity identification,innovation,risk tolerance and relationship coordination,the entrepreneurial intention is set up for target intention and executive intention.The results showed that taking university students of Y University as the investigation object,the paper analyzes the mechanism of the entrepreneurial self-efficacy on their entrepreneurial intention and draw a conclusion that self-efficacy of students has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention,in which opportunity identification,risk tolerance and relationship coordination have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention,while innovation and reform efficacy has an impact on entrepreneurial intention but is not significant.
