摘要
"导游业务"是一门涉及内容广泛、理论性与实践性较强的课程,课程性质决定了其采取非标准答案考核方式的必要性.传统考核方式的弊端,阻碍了学生的全面发展,文章给出了一种基于混合式教学模式的"导游业务"课程非标准答案考试改革的案例,该案例侧重于考核学生的知识应用能力、自学能力、合作能力与创新能力,旨在提升学生的综合素质.案例设计思路和实施步骤主要包括:课前提前自学,完成测试题,先行达到"识记"与"理解"基础知识的教学目标;课中快速巩固基础知识,同时完成更为高阶的知识目标,如应用、分析、评价;课后参加社会实践,更加注重创新和创造方面的训练.
"Tour guide business"is a course which involves a wide range of content,both theoretical and practical.The nature of the course determines the necessity of adopting the non-standard answer assessment method.The disadvantages of traditional assessment methods hinder the all-round development of students.This article presents a reform case of non-standard answer examination of tour guide business based on blended learning,which focuses on the assessment of students′knowledge application ability,self-study ability,cooperation ability and innovation ability,aiming to improve students′comprehensive quality.The design idea and implementation steps of the case mainly include:Self-study before class,complete the test questions,and achievement of the teaching goal of"remember"and"understand"of basic knowledge;rapid consolidate the basic knowledge in class,and completion of higher-level knowledge goals,such as use,analysis and evaluate;participate in social practice after class,and more emphasis on innovation and creation training.
