企业家精神与经济高质量发展——基于需求结构转变视角

Entrepreneurship and High Quality Development of Economy:Based on the Perspective of Demand Structure Transformation

立足经济高质量发展的目标要求,将企业家精神的内涵界定为需求认知与创新创业,运用政治经济学分析视角,结合供需两方面及其关系格局的变化,从微观、中观和宏观三个方面提出企业家精神推动经济高质量发展的理论机制。在此基础上,利用1993—2018年间中国省级面板数据,通过构建需求结构与企业家精神交互项,实证测算了需求结构转变下企业家精神对高质量发展阶段经济增长的异质性。研究发现:企业家精神对经济增长的作用受需求结构的影响,且随着需求结构不断升级,企业家精神对经济增长的作用不断增强。该研究的政策含义在于,在需求结构转变背景下,唯有发挥企业家精神需求认知、创新创业特征才能从供给侧有效突破需求侧制约,促进经济高质量发展。

Based on the goal of high-quality economic development,this paper defines the connotation of entrepreneurship as demand recognition and innovation.By using the perspective of political economic analysis,and combining the changes of supply and demand and their relationship changes,this paper proposes the theoretical mechanism of the promotion of entrepreneurship on high-quality economic development from the micro,meso and macro aspects.Based on this,the interaction between demand structure and entrepreneurship is constructed.By using the provincial panel data of China from 1993 to 2018,the authors measure the heterogeneity of entrepreneurship to economic growth under the transformation of demand structure.Study shows that the impact of entrepreneurship on economic growth is influenced by the demand structure,and as the demand structure continues to be upgraded,the role of entrepreneurship in economic growth is growing.The policy implication of this study is that under the background of the transformation of demand structure,only by exerting the demand recognition and innovation features of entrepreneurship,can it effectively break through the constraints of demand-side from the supply-side,and promote the high-quality development of the economy.
