知识积累、开放式创新与高技术企业新产品绩效研究

Knowledge Accumulation, Open Innovation and New Product Performance in the High-Tech Enterprises

当前知识积累与高技术企业新产品绩效的研究得到学术界的关注,但目前的研究没有从具体知识积累分类视角展开,也没有结合开放式创新分析对其的影响,因而有必要研究具体的知识积累、开放式创新与新产品绩效的关联。基于此,文章把知识积累分为知识宽度积累、知识深度积累、知识同质积累以及知识多元积累,构建开放式创新模式下知识积累与新产品绩效关系模型,并对五大高技术行业302家企业实证研究。研究发现:知识深度积累、知识多元积累分别与新产品绩效呈倒U型关系;知识宽度积累、知识同质积累分别与新产品绩效正相关;内向型开放式创新正向调节知识积累与新产品绩效关系,而外向型开放式创新只能正向调节知识宽度积累与新产品绩效的关系。

The academic circle pays much attention to the research of knowledge accumulation and new product performance in high-tech enterprises.However,current researches are neither carried out from the perspective of specific knowledge accumulation and classification,nor combined with open innovation to analyze its impact.Therefore,it is necessary to study the correlations among specific knowledge accumulation,open innovation and new product performance.Based on theoretical analysis,the paper divides knowledge accumulation into knowledge width accumulation,knowledge depth accumulation,knowledge homogeneity accumulation and knowledge multiple accumulation,constructing a model of the relationship between knowledge accumulation and new product performance in the context of open innovation.The paper makes an empirical study on 302 enterprises in five high-tech industries.It is found that knowledge depth accumulation and knowledge multiple accumulation have inverted u-shaped relationships with the performance of new products respectively.Knowledge breadth accumulation and knowledge homogeneity accumulation are positively correlated with new product performance.Introverted open innovation positively regulates the relationship between knowledge accumulation and new product performance,while extroverted open innovation positively regulates only the relationship between knowledge width accumulation and new product performance.
