文化因素如何影响供应链中的信息共享水平——一个基于我国农业领域中“关系”的实证研究

How Do Cultural Factors Influence the Level of Information Sharing of the Supply Chain? An Empirical Study on “Guanxi” in China’s Agricultural Sector

信息共享是供应链管理的一个重要基础和前提,而供应链整合策略的实施也会极大促进参与者间信息与知识的交流和共享,但现有研究大多基于技术视角。通过对现有文献的梳理和演绎,提出供应链中的文化因素——成员间"关系"会通过信任的中介,影响供应链中的信息共享水平;同时,信息能力差异在信任对信息共享的影响路径中也具有显著调节效应的理论模型和相关假设。以中国西南、西北地区农户及相关企业作为供应链参与者进行的问卷调查结果为样本,运用结构方程模型(SEM)的实证研究结果表明:通过信任的中介作用,"关系"因子显著地正向影响供应链中的信息共享水平,同时,信息技术的能力差异则会对该路径产生显著的调节作用。

Informational sharing is the basis and the precondition of supply chain management,and the implementation of the supply chain integration strategy can greatly promote the communication and sharing of information and knowledge among participants.However,most the studies are carried out from the perspective of technology.By collecting and reviewing existing literatures,the paper proposes that the cultural factors of supply chain-the"guanxi"among the members-may influence the information sharing level of the supply chain through trustworthy intermediaries.Meanwhile,information ability differences have theoretical models and relative hypotheses of significant regulatory effect in the influencing path of trust on information sharing.Questionnaires are made by taking the rural households and relative enterprises in southwestern and northwestern China as supply chain participants,and based on the results of the questionnaires,an empirical study is made by using structural equation modeling(SEM).The results show that through trustworthy intermediaries,"guanxi"factor has significant positive impacts on the information sharing level of supply chain.Differences in information technology ability have significant regulatory effect on the path.
