FDI对“一带一路”沿线国家经济增长的空间溢出效应——一个基于区域外部性的扩展模型

The Spatial Spillover Effect of FDI on the Economic Growth of the Countries Along “The Belt and Road”: An Expansion Model Based on Regional Externalities

跨国经济具有高度的空间依赖和关联关系。基于新经济增长理论,在传统的FDI溢出效应模型中引入空间加权变量,以"一带一路"沿线国家为样本,探索FDI的空间溢出效应以及中国对外投资在其中的角色。研究表明:经济增长在空间上表现出联动特征;FDI对本地区经济增长具有显著的刺激作用;FDI对地理距离相近或经贸联系紧密的地区经济增长表现出显著的空间溢出效应,在影响程度上受到地理距离的影响更强烈,也强于本地溢出效应;在"一带一路"沿线国家吸引的FDI中,来自中国的投资有利于本地区经济增长,而对于其他地区经济影响不显著,中国对"一带一路"沿线国家的直接投资尚未释放出显著的跨区溢出效应。

Transnational economy has a high degree of spatial dependence and correlation.Based on the new economic growth theory,this paper introduces spatial weighted variables into the traditional FDI spillover effect model,and takes the countries along"the Belt and Road"as samples to explore the spatial spillover effect of FDI and the role of China’s outward direct investment.The research shows that economic growth shows a linkage feature in space.FDI has a significant stimulating effect on the regional economic growth.FDI has a significant spatial spillover effect on economic growth in regions with similar geographical distance or close economic and trade ties.It is more strongly influenced by geographical distance and stronger than local spillover effect.Among the FDI attracted by the countries along"the Belt and Road",the investment from China is conducive to the economic growth of the region,but it has no significant impact on the economies of other regions.China’s outward direct investment in the countries along"the Belt and Road"has not yet released a significant trans-regional spillover effect.
