摘要
采用2008年至2018年中国30个省份的面板数据,运用Matlab软件建立空间面板模型,从劳动力创新投入、资本创新投入、环境创新投入、城市创新投入四个维度,分析科技创新对产业结构合理化和产业结构高级化的空间外溢效应。结果表明:科技创新不仅对本地区产业结构升级产生促进作用,也会对域外地区产业结构升级带来空间外溢效用;各省份之间存在产业结构升级的空间依赖性,劳动力创新投入、资本创新投入、环境创新投入、城市创新投入对产业结构升级具有空间外溢效应;劳动力创新投入能够促进本地区产业结构升级,同时对域外地区产业结构合理化产生阴影效应;本地区环境水平的提升对本地区产业结构合理化有一定的抑制作用,对域外地区产业结构高级化无溢出作用。最后,根据研究结果提出了产业结构升级的对策建议。
By using the panel data of 30 provinces from 2008 to 2018 and Matlab software,a spatial panel model is established to analyze the spatial spillover effect of technological innovation on the rationalization and the upgrading of industrial structure from four dimensions,including labor force innovation investment,capital innovation investment,environmental innovation investment and urban innovation investment.The results show that technological innovation not only promotes the industrial structure upgrading of the region,but also brings spatial spillover effect to the upgrading of industrial structures in other provinces and regions;different provinces have spatial interdependence in industrial structure upgrading,and the above mentioned four dimensions have spatial spillover effects on the upgrading of the industrial structure.Labor innovation investment can promote the upgrading of industrial structure in the region,and also has a shadow effect on the rationalization of industrial structure in other regions.The environmental improvement of the region has a certain inhibitory effect on the rationalization of industrial structure of the region,while it has no impact on the industrial structure upgrading of the surrounding provinces and regions.Finally,some suggestions on industrial structure upgrading are put forward based on the research results.
