我国CO2减排成本对于产业集聚的影响研究——基于制造业29个大类省级面板数据的分析

Research on the Impact of the Cost of CO2 Emission Reduction on Industrial Agglomeration in China: Analysis Based on the Provincial Panel Data of 29 Categories of Manufacturing Industry

随着社会的发展和技术的进步,人类对于自然能源的消耗量急速增加,由此造成大气中温室气体含量快速上升,从而导致气候变化问题日趋凸显,世界各国不得不开始正视气候变化问题,同时采取相应措施以应对气候变化。在此背景下,对中国CO2排放量及其减排成本进行了估算,并且进一步研究了各地区CO2减排成本变化对中国各地区制造业产业集聚的影响,研究结果发现:随着CO2减排成本的增加,并非所有产业都呈现出产业迁移的情况,部分产业甚至还出现了产业集聚的现象。总的来说,减少CO2减排成本对于促进制造业产业集聚有着较为明显的正向作用。因此,需要政府在如何长期减少CO2排放量问题上继续努力。

CO2With the social development and technological advances, human consumption of natural energy has been increasing rapidly. This leads to the rapid improvement of the proportion of green-house gas in the atmosphere, which brings significant problems of climate change. Countries all over the world have to face up to the problems of climate change and take corresponding measures to cope with climate change. Based on the background, this article estimates the volume of CO2 emission and the cost of CO2 emission reduction in China, and further studies the impact of the cost change of CO2 emission reduction on the industrial agglomeration of manufacturing section in different regions of China. The research shows that with the increase of the cost of CO2 emission reduction, in general not all industries show the phenomenon of industry migration, and some of industries tend to show industrial agglomeration. In general, the decreasing of the cost of CO2 emission reduction has a significantly positive influence on the promotion of manufacturing agglomeration. Hence, government has to work hard on how to decrease CO2 emission in a long time.
