新时代中华优秀传统文化传承的三大基本方略

Three Basic Strategies for Carrying on the Traditional Chinese Culture in the New Era

推动中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化与创新性发展,就必须做到科学有效的传承,否则“两创”就会变成无源之水、无本之木;而要传承好中华优秀传统文化,就不能不寻找科学合理的方法、途径。在新时代传承中华优秀传统文化,除了继续坚持古为今用、以古鉴今之外,还要坚持三大基本方略。一是坚持科学汲取“批判继承法”。虽不必完全放弃“批判地继承”说法,但更要把“辩证继承法”“辩证扬弃法”作为中华优秀传统文化传承的主流话语凸显出来。二是合理对待“抽象继承法”。新时代在传承中华优秀传统文化过程中对冯友兰提出的“抽象继承法”,应当坚持哲学继承与文化继承的统一、批判继承与抽象继承的统一、普遍继承与特殊继承的统一。三是高度重视分析鉴别法。在世界文化竞争日趋激烈的历史背景下,要借助于合理的文化传承实现中华文化的复兴与强盛,就必须高度重视分析鉴别法的运用,注重确定判别传统文化优劣的标准,将文化“四层次”论与“两种性质”论结合起来,提高全民与全民族传统文化的鉴别能力。

To promote the creative transformation and development of Chinese traditional culture,it is necessary to achieve scientific and effective inheritance.Otherwise,the Two Creations will be rootless.The inheritance of Chinese traditional culture requires scientific and reasonable methods and approaches.In the new era,to continue to adapt of the traditional culture to the reallty,it is important to carry out the three basic strategies.The first is the critical inheritance method.It’s better to highlight the dialectical inheritance method and dialectical abandonment method in the mainstream of Chinese traditional culture heritage discourse.The second is to understand abstract inheritance method,proposed by Feng Youlan,in a reasonable manner by following the unity of philosophical inheritance and cultural inheritance,the unity of critical inheritance and abstract inheritance,and the unity of universal inheritance and special inheritance in the new era.The last,great importance should be attached to the analysis and identification method.In the historical context of increasingly fierce competition in the world culture,to achieve the prosperity and strength of Chinese culture,the application of the analysis and identification method should be stressed.And attention should be paid to determine the criteria for judging the merits of traditional culture,combing the Four-level theory of culture and Two Natures theory to improve the abilities to identify the traditional culture of the whole nation.
