山东抗日根据地党的廉洁纪律建设经验与启示

On the Experience and Inspiration of the CPC’s Honesty Discipline Construction in Shandong Anti-Japanese Base

革命战争时期,山东抗日根据地的党组织和党员干部重视廉洁纪律建设,留下了宝贵的廉洁纪律建设经验。在党的各级组织中,领导干部高度关注贪腐,尤其是干部贪腐问题;不断完善法律法规,加大惩治贪腐力度;强化监督机制,建立反贪腐机构,常态化反贪腐;在廉洁纪律建设中倡导廉洁奉公;在廉洁纪律建设中反对官僚主义。这对新时代抓党的廉洁纪律建设具有一定的启示意义:“不廉洁不配做一个共产党员”,抓好廉洁纪律建设须主要领导重视且多措并举、坚决反对官僚主义。

During the revolutionary war,the Party organizations and leading members in Shandong anti-Japanese base emphasized the honesty discipline construction and obtained good experience.Specifically,corruption and degeneration was prevented and punished while honest discipline was constructed.In the Party organizations at different levels,the leading cadres focused on the problems of corruption,especially those of the cadres.Rules and regulations were further improved and more efforts were exerted to fight against corruptions.Supervisory mechanism was bettered by establishing anti-corruption agencies and normalizing the anti-corruption work.Integrity and dedication were advocated and bureaucracy was fought against as the honesty discipline was in construction.All the experience is of significance of revelation for the honesty discipline construction in the new era.
