城市公园有机更新探讨——以金华沿江公园提升改造为例

城市更新已步入了以反映新时代要求、承载新内容、重视新传承等为特点的“有机更新”阶段,呈现出多维价值、多学科探索的新局面。本文通过剖析金华沿江公园提升改造工程具体相关项目,从城市公园到园林景观,从发现问题到改造提升,分别就空间布局、文化底蕴、产业结构、生态功能、运营维护、新材料新技术等维度阐明建设项目在城市公园有机更新理论基础上和更新过程中的传承、融合与创新实践,以此为公园的有机更新提供参考。

Urban renewal has entered the stage of“organic renewal”characterized by reflecting the requirements of the new era,carrying new content,and paying attention to new inheritance,showing a new situation of multi-dimensional value and multi-disciplinary exploration.By analyzing the specific related projects of Jinhua Riverside Park upgrading,from urban park to garden landscape,from finding problems to upgrading,this paper expounds the inheritance,integration and innovation practice of the construction project on the basis of the organic renewal theory of urban park and in the process of renewal in terms of spatial layout,cultural deposits,industrial structure,ecological function,operation and maintenance,new materials and new technologies,so as to be reference for the organic renewal of the park.
